We care about doing user experience research the right way. So much so, we have invested in the finest lab facility in the Southeast. Among its features is a convenient observation lounge with three 60 inch high definition flat screens that provide multiple angles of the user’s interaction with products so you and your stakeholders can comfortably watch us gather feedback. We have complimentary communication rooms so you can easily step away for a conference call. In addition, we have Focus Group rooms, a dedicated Remote Research room, and a room for the first ever Just in Time Research (JiTR) Solution. For research that cannot be performed in a controlled environment such as contextual interviews, surveys and panels, we have the best portable labs and online testing technology.
