The response to our Social TV Experiment so far has been fantastic. We’re looking forward to releasing the quarter 2 findings to the world in the coming weeks during a live, virtual Social TV Event! Further details will be announced next week.
In the meantime, we’d like to give you a quick snapshot of what all we’re planning for quarter 3. Our team will recruit research participants according to the social TV personas identified. Then, we plan to utilize journaling activities as well as simple touchpoints (surveys, artifact reviews, etc.) with a panel that is made up of an equal distribution of the persona types. We’ll combine these activities with in-lab studies of specific social TV product interactions. And finally, we’ll compare the learnings to those we acquire through a digital panel via social media.
